David Young

Chief Executive Officer and
President of Business DEvelopment

As an attorney and former CPA, David served as a business and strategic advisor to a broad spectrum
of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures. When David has more time, he will finally learn to play Bach’s Cello Suites on the banjo.


Nick Haynes

Chief Architect

Nick co-founded Thyme Technologies together with Kiley. A developer for more than 11 years, he is responsible for the back-end development and architecture of 7MB's platform. Nick looks forward to having more time so he can travel, visit with family and watch baseball.


Karl Leaverton


Karl is a former President of the Private Client Group of RBC Wealth Management. Karl now serves on a number of boards in a wide range of industries ranging from technology companies to financial services firms. If Karl had more time, he would use it to contemplate where all the time went and why it went so fast.

Steve Rohrbach


Steve is the CFO of PicoBrew. As a finance executive for more than 40 years, Steve served as Managing Director and National Sales Manager of the Commercial Vehicle Group at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance in addition to serving many other Fortune 500 companies. He is an avid saltwater fly fisherman and master fly tier. He hopes to create some free time to pursue his fishing hobby.

Kiley Williams

Chief Technology Officer and
President of product Development

After studying at Carnegie Mellon University, Kiley became a program manager at Microsoft. He and Nick co-founded Thyme Technologies, and developed the fundamental intellectual property for 7MB. Kiley believes there's time to do just about everything if we prioritize well. He loves to spend
his time cooking, eating, traveling and dancing.


Dr. Bill Mitchell


A former Microsoft Vice President from 1992-2010, Bill oversaw Microsoft’s Windows and Consumer Products Divisions. Most recently, he founded PicoBrew—a technology start-up revolutionizing
the beer-brewing experience for homebrewers.
Bill would like more time to ponder time.

Mary Young


Mary serves as national counsel for several Fortune 500 companies. Her practice covers consumer, employment and other business issues. When Mary has more time, she’ll reconnect with her violin and perfect that duet with her daughter.


John Inskeep


For 16 years, John was Vice President and Partner at Columbia Management Company, a Portland-based investment advisory firm. Since 1997, John has served as a board member for several nonprofits and focused largely on angel investment opportunities, where he learned that success takes a lot longer than failure. If John had more time, he would go gourmet with his cooking skills. 


Kristen Smatresk Vining

Chief Marketing Officer

Kristen leverages her 10-plus years of diverse agency and client-side marketing experience to her role at 7MB. Prior to her current position, she led the marketing team for a tech startup, held positions as an account director and digital strategist for an advertising agency, and founded a marketing and consulting company that served a wide range of industries coast to coast.

Brian Lodis

Creative Director

Brian brings a wealth of experience in visual communication design and branding strategy to his role at 7MB. His work has spanned nearly every medium, from print and web design to interactive and mobile design. He excels in creating visual design that’s both effective and attractive.

Nicolas Bannister

Vice President of Engineering

Nicholas knows what it takes to fuel change with software solutions. With over a decade of experience in software development, Nicholas has had the opportunity to design, develop and manage software across a range of industries. His broad knowledge of programming languages, technology stacks, and development methodologies equips him to devise thoughtful software.
